These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phlov ("phlov," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phlov.org. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlov platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the phlov platform or its content without the express prior written consent of phlov.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlov and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phlov platform or any services offered thereon. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlov expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Upon account termination for cause, phlov reserves the right to withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.
